Marta Marek

I am a Legal Counsel, registered under the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wałbrzych, with registration number WŁ/WB/572.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and completed the Polish-German Modern Human Resource Management Studies in Wrocław.

In addition to my legal practice, I lecture on commercial company law at the legal counsel training program and serve as a member of the Council of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wałbrzych.

With over 10 years of experience working in commercial companies, I have managed various departments including legal services, human resources, administration, and training.

My professional experience primarily involves corporate representation. I provide legal assistance in all types of corporate matters, from drafting internal company documents to full legal support for company such as the board of directors, supervisory board, and shareholders’ meetings.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in securing investment projects and negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

I advise clients on how to secure the performance of contracts, manage settlements, resolve agreements, and pursue claims.

For individual clients, I offer legal support in divorce cases, alimony disputes, division of marital property, as well as inheritance and employment matters. I represent clients in civil, family, and commercial court proceedings. In the area of labor law, I provide services ranging from employee recruitment to the termination of employment contracts, implementation of individual and group layoffs, preparation of related strategies, and all necessary documentation, including the transfer of business operations.
