Labor law

In the area of labor law, we provide both legal services and support for organizations in managing human resources. We assist entrepreneurs in developing a personalized HR strategy that fits their structure, with a focus on building employee engagement.

We offer advice on labor law to our clients, prepare employment contracts, managerial contracts, non-compete agreements, and agreements regarding liability for entrusted property. We draft and review workplace regulations, remuneration policies, social benefits fund regulations, and anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination procedures.

As part of restructuring processes, we implement individual and group dismissal procedures, prepare strategies and all necessary documents in this regard, and help design and implement voluntary employee departure programs.

We support employers in conducting dialogue with trade unions and employee councils/representatives. We participate in negotiating collective agreements and social packages, provide ongoing legal support in labor law matters, and represent employers in employment-related cases.
